Green Power Corporation SA is a Panamanian company dedicated to the exploration and exploitation of oil and gas in Colombia. Operations are carried out through Green Power Sucursal Colombia, which holds 100% of the interests, rights and obligations in the Joropo Hydrocarbon Exploration and Exploitation Contract.

Green Power has held a global environmental exploitation license for the Joropo Block since 2015, and an exploratory license since 2016, operating under the strict regulatory framework of the ANH and ANLA.

Our estimated reserves have been derived from internal engineering evaluations prepared following industry standards and validated through years of measurable production performance.
